By booking any class or workshop at NKD Studios, you agree to the following terms:

1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
3. All payments are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled by NKD Studios.
4. NKD Studios reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or venues with prior notice.
5. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
6. NKD Studios is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during classes or events.
7. By registering, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by NKD Studios.

• All payments made to NKD Studios are strictly non-refundable.

• In the event a class or workshop is cancelled by NKD Studios, a makeup session or credit will be offered.
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late cancellations, or change of mind.
• For celebrity workshops, substitutions are allowed but no refunds or carry-forwards will be issued.

2. Full payment for both batch and private classes must be made in advance before the session begins.
3. Every set of classes has a fixed validity period. Classes not completed within this period will still be counted as taken.
4. Students enrolling in private classes must inform the instructor of their preferred song, choreography style, and difficulty level before the session begins.
5. Last-minute cancellations by the student for a private class will be counted as a class taken.
6. To cancel a private class for any reason, please inform management at least 48 hours in advance.

BATCH CLASS VALIDITY

1. Payments are non-refundable.
2. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your spot before the session begins.
3. Pricing is per person.
4. Each class in your set of 6 is counted as taken, whether or not you attend, so please plan accordingly.
5. Missed classes are not eligible for makeup sessions. However, if a class is cancelled by the instructor, we'll schedule an extra session to make up for it.
6. Once registered, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group for your batch, where we'll share your Zoom or Teams link ahead of each session.

• Cash payments must be made during studio operating hours. Please message us a day in advance to confirm current hours before arriving.
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Strictly no refunds, cancellations, or carry-forwards.
• Once a workshop time slot is selected, it cannot be changed or switched.
• If you're unable to attend, you may substitute a friend in your place. However, no refunds or carry-forwards will be issued.
